Refund and Returns Policy
- 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: Within 30 days, you can return your item for a total refund (less shipping costs) if you’re not happy with it for any valid reason.
- Misrepresentation: In the extremely unlikely case that we send the wrong product or misrepresent an item, we will be happy to pay for all return shipping expenses.
- Condition of Items: Items that are returned must be in their original packaging, fresh new, and resellable. Items that don’t fit these requirements may be subject to a 10% or higher restocking fee.
- Return Process: To ensure a seamless return process, please get in touch with us before returning any items in order to receive a return number.
Refund Processing
We will send you an email to let you know whether your refund has been approved or denied as soon as we receive and review your returned item. Your refund will be processed and deposited into your bank account within a predetermined window of time if it is authorized.
Late or Missing Refunds
Please take these actions if you haven’t received your refund:
- Recheck your bank account.
- Ask your bank about processing times, as they can differ.
- For help, contact us at admin@narwastumedical.com if you haven’t gotten your refund yet.
Exchanges
Items are only replaced if they are broken or faulty. Please return your item to Narwastu Medical and email us at admin@narwastumedical.com if you need to exchange it for the same item.
Gifts
You will be given a gift credit for the cost of your return if the item was shipped to you directly and was marked as a gift when you bought it. The gift sender will receive the refund if the item was not indicated as a gift.
