Multiple Items:
As many things as possible will be combined for the shipping that was originally estimated. We will treble the shipping cost each time we have to divide an order into several boxes. Shipping and handling costs are higher.

Placing Your Order: What are the advantages of placing an online order?
Online checkout is quick, easy, and completely safe. Place an order at any time: 7 days a week, 24 hours a day! Get an immediate order confirmation. Online orders are routed straight to our warehouse for expedited processing, and tracking details are promptly sent to your email upon shipment.
Shipping Time: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Depending on the location, shipping times will differ; normally, transit takes 14–20 business days.
Tracking Info: How is tracking information provided?
Usually within two days of your online order, you will receive an email with tracking details. Your final invoice or receipt will provide the tracking details.
Freight Damage: What do I do if my order is damaged in transit?
Narwastu Medical must be notified of any freight or shipment damage within three (3) calendar days of the items being received. Any damage must be noted by the buyer or client before signing the delivery receipt. If there is damage to the order, the buyer must note it before signing for delivery. Delivery of the order cannot be refused by the customer due to damage. All factory packing, including but not limited to all inside styrofoam, bubble wrap, and cardboard supports, as well as all external packaging, must be retained and protected by the client in the event of shipment or freight damage. If a product is damaged in transit and Narwastu Medical is properly and promptly notified, Narwastu Medical will submit a damage claim to the carrier. The cancellation and refused shipment clauses in this document cannot be waived due to damage or loss of goods that are beyond Narwastu Medical’s control.
Trade-Ins: Do you accept trade-ins?
No. We regret to inform you that we only accept trade-ins from within our local market. Operating a profitable trade-in business is practically difficult due to shipping expenses. In general, selling your engine outright will result in larger returns and eliminate any unnecessary transportation expenses.
Free Shipping:
If an item is offered with Free Shipping – Free shipping is only available in Indonesia. Before making your purchase, please send us an email if you are not sure if you are in this area. International shipping is not free.
Items that were returned with free shipping will have the original postage subtracted.
Returns
Return items for a replacement or refund within 30 days.
At our discretion, we reserve the right to exchange the item or issue a refund.
The consumer must first get in touch with us in order to obtain a Return Merchant Authorization (RMA).
Any item covered under warranty needs to be returned in the same state as when it was first acquired.
Every item, including components and contents, must be returned in its original state.
We will pay for the replacement shipment, but the buyer is in charge of return shipping.
Attention International Buyers
The object rate and transport charges no longer include import taxes, tariffs, or brokerage fees. It is the consumer’s responsibility to pay these prices. Before placing an order or making a purchase, please check with the customs office in your nation to determine what these additional costs will be.
Sale items
Refunds are only available for regular priced items. There are no refunds for sale items.
